History

Organizational Learning Resources was founded in 1990 to distribute products in Canada from Organizational Design and Development Inc., the company that would become HRDQ. Products are marketed through the Canadian HRDQ catalogue and now website.

Learning tools based on HRDQ's "Experiential Learning Philosophy" have been helping leading organizations improve performance and productivity for over 25 years.
