How it Works:

Participants first select an individual with whom they often interact-perferably someone they want to understand better. Through an inventory of paired statements, participants learn the degree to which they match the visual, auditory, and kinesthetic communication modes of the targeted individual. Scores falling outside the compatible ranges are a red flag that a communication problem exists. 

Participants will:

  • Understand how conflicts can be generated when communication preferences differ.
  • Gain flexibility in striving to match another person's communication style.
  • Identify the underlying issues that affect interpersonal communication.
